This international tour has a special payment and refund/cancellation policy. Please review the terms and conditions carefully.

Payment Schedule:
A deposit of $500 per person is due with reservation. Final payment is due 90 days before the departure date (by Dec. 6, 2024).

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing. From the time of deposit to 91 days before departure, a $250/person non-refundable fee will be assessed to cover land and air deposits, plus administrative costs. From 90 days to 31 days before departure, a 50% cancelation penalty will be assessed. Airline tickets once purchased are nonrefundable. Anyone canceling 30 days or less before departure will receive no refund.

Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended.
